Tradition and Vision for Quality Education
IST (Independent Science and Technology College) was founded in 1989 in collaboration with a team of university professors. The vision of the founders was to provide high-quality academic education directly linked with the needs of the job market. IST is part of an Educational Organisation, consisting of three individual institutions: IST, SBIE and CVT SBIE. All three institutions have been successfully involved in education for almost forty years now.
Today, IST has an academic structure and organisation that rivals that of renowned universities abroad. The facilities offered are considered the best and most modern of their kind in Greece. The institution maintains close links and has collaboration agreements with businesses and other organisations, in order to provide the best possible education and career opportunities for its students.
